At Armand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
All returns are processed through our European returns facility.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unused, and in their original condition
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
To start a return request, please use our returns portal and enter your order details.
Returns requested after the 14-day return period has expired will not be accepted.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions regarding the return process and shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
After shipping your return, please submit your tracking number through the returns portal so we can monitor and process your return as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or import fees related to the return shipment.
If customs charges arise during the return process, payment may be required before a refund or exchange can be completed.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at armand.official.fashion@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
Returned items must remain unworn, unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
To qualify for a refund, returned items must be successfully delivered to our European returns facility and pass inspection.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.

Promotional Offers
For orders placed using promotional offers such as Buy 2, Get 1 Free or similar campaigns, any complimentary items received as part of the promotion must also be returned if a refund is requested.
Complimentary items are not eligible for individual refunds.
