At Armand, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. All orders include tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipment every step of the way.


Worldwide Shipping

We offer tracked worldwide shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

European Union

  • 4–8 business days

International Orders

  • 4–12 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery timeframes. While most orders arrive within the stated period, occasional delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur and are outside of our control.


Customs & Import Duties

We cover all customs duties and import taxes for orders shipped to:

  • European Union countries
  • Norway
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
  • New Zealand

For orders shipped to other countries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may occasionally apply. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to allow successful delivery of the order.


Pre-Orders

Products marked as Pre-Order are reserved before inventory becomes available.

Estimated dispatch time for pre-order items is:

  • 1–4 weeks

We regularly restock products throughout the month, and pre-order customers receive priority allocation once inventory becomes available.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.


Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Undeliverable & Unclaimed Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Failure to collect the package
  • Refusal of delivery

the order is not eligible for a refund.

Where available, reshipment may be offered at the customer's expense.


Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.

Armand cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout

If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly and checking with neighbors or household members.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Armand is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Force majeure events

We will always do our best to assist and provide updates whenever possible.
